Creating the perfect program starts with, a detailed bio-mechanical assessment with VALD’s HumanTrak for the most accurate and replicable data, a review of your current fitness, and planning your golfing goals.

02 LinksPRO 12wk Program

Your tailored LinksPRO golf performance program contains a full week by week breakdown of your fitness. Including an in-person session with one of our golf-fitness professionals.

03 Program Review

Your golf fitness program will be updated every 12 weeks with a full reassessment using our VALD performance tracking software and an update to your exercises to match the new data and your changing goals.
