Assessment - Stage 1

Creating the perfect program, starts with a detailed bio-mechanical assessment with VALD’s HumanTrak for the most accurate and replicable data, a review of your current fitness, and planning of your golfing goals.

VALD Performance Program - Stage 2

Creation of your tailored golf fitness program on the VALD Performance App, alongside session planning, and a sports nutrition guide.

Program Review - Stage 3

Your golf fitness program will be updated every 8-10 weeks, with re-assessments every 3-4 months.
