Who it is for

Whether you are building a swing or protecting one

Handicap over 15

I want to understand how my body moves in the golf swing

You have been told to rotate more, stay in your posture or get your hips through, but it never quite sticks. Practising a movement your body is not ready to do rarely works. SwingLAB shows you what your body can and cannot do yet, and gives you the exercises that make the changes your coach is asking for possible.

Handicap under 15

My swing is good, but my body is letting it down

Stiffness, niggles or pain keep showing up mid-round or after a hit, or your swing has stalled even though your technique is sound. SwingLAB works out what is limiting you and builds a plan that keeps you playing, and gives your coach something concrete to work with.
