Physio-led assessment, golf-specific strength and conditioning, and video swing analysis in one membership. Built around how your body moves, and shared with your golf coach so the work carries onto the course.

Physio and osteopathy at Links HP
You have been told to rotate more, stay in your posture or get your hips through, but it never quite sticks. Practising a movement your body is not ready to do rarely works. We show you what your body can and cannot do yet, then train it so the changes your coach is asking for become possible.
Stiffness, niggles or pain keep showing up mid-round or after a hit, or your swing has stalled even though your technique is sound. We work out what is limiting you and build a plan that keeps you playing, and gives your coach something concrete to work with.
A full picture of how you move and how you swing. VALD performance testing and a TPI golf assessment, paired with a Links SwingLab session (physio assessment and video swing analysis). We also go through your injury history and golf goals, and record your baseline numbers: max squat, bench, rotation and swing speed.
Your results shape a program written for you, not a template. Exercises target what is limiting your swing and what is most likely to hurt you, and fit around the way you play.
Each week you get one golf strength and conditioning session in a small group of no more than two, plus access to our circuit classes, which run Monday to Saturday. Most members aim for about three sessions a week.
We retest, compare your results with your baseline and update your program. You have a Links SwingLab session at each review, and a one-page summary of your assessment and program goes to your golf coach (with your permission).
A one-on-one session with physiotherapist Bryce Harry. Bryce assesses how you move, then pairs that with video swing analysis to show where your body is helping or holding back your swing.
You leave with motor pattern training and exercises, a clear exercise and progress plan, and a one-page summary for your golf coach so progress translates into on-course swing improvement.
Bryce holds a Master’s of Physiotherapy, with a special interest in sports and golf-related injuries.
One-on-one, golf-specific personal training with Kristopher Sanford, an osteopath and ASCA certified strength and conditioning coach. Every session is built around your assessment results, your goals and how you play.
per 45-minute session
Physio assessment and video swing analysis with Bryce, with a one-page summary for your coach.
per week, 12-week minimum
Assessment, individual program, weekly golf S&C, circuit classes, SwingLab reviews and 10% off physio and osteo.
Your program starts with a physiotherapist and an osteopath, so pain, injury history and movement quality come first.
VALD performance testing gives repeatable numbers, so you can see your progress at every 12-week review.
A one-page summary of your assessment and program goes to your golf coach, so the gym and the lesson tee point the same way.
Training hard and playing often can bring the odd niggle. Members get 10% off physio and osteopathy at our Cromer clinic.
Golfers of any handicap who want to move better, hit with more power and stay pain-free. If you are over a 15 handicap we focus on helping you understand and build the movement your swing needs. If you are under 15 we focus on what is limiting a good swing and keeping you on the course.
No. Many members join to move better and prevent problems. If you do have pain or an injury history, we take it into account from the start.
We combine VALD performance testing and a TPI golf assessment with a Links SwingLab session (physio assessment and video swing analysis). We also go through your injury history and golf goals, and record baseline numbers for your max squat, bench, rotation and swing speed.
Links PRO runs in 12-week blocks, matching your program cycle. At the end of each block we reassess you, update your program and run your SwingLab session. The minimum gives your body time to adapt and gives us time to measure real change.
You get one golf strength and conditioning session each week, and you can add our circuit classes, which run Monday to Saturday. We aim for about three sessions a week.
No. If you have one, we send them a one-page summary of your assessment and program (with your permission). If you do not, you still get the full program.
