Osteopath, Strength & Conditioning
With over 10 years of clinical experience, Osteopath Kristopher Sanford founded LinksHP in 2024 with the goal of keeping golfers playing longer and staying stronger.
Kristopher is both an Osteopath, and Strength & conditioning coach. He believes that combining treatment and exercise is the best way to achieve long term positive health outcomes.
As a passionate golfer himself, Kris believes staying on the course supports overall health, and he’s dedicated to helping you maintain your health alongside lowering your scores.
Mike Buchanan
Remedial Massage Therapist
Originally from the UK, Michael Buchanan has a over 10 years of experience as a Remedial Massage therapist. Based on the Northern Beaches, Mike is a fantastic member of our team here at LinksHP.
With a detail oriented massage style, focusing on your injuries and issues, Mike is not only a therapist, but a fantastic practitioner.
Mike's focus areas include:
Lower back & hip tightness, Neck & shoulder postural pain, sports injuries.
Jie Huang
Remedial Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist
Jie Huang is a multi-skilled practitioner focused on the holistic well-being of the human body, both the physical and mental sphere. With a combination of Remedial Massage & Acupuncture at her finger tips, Jie is able to tailor the treatment to every patient and condition. Originally from Shanghai, Jie is fluent in both Mandarin and English, allowing her to help a wider range of patients.
Jie's focus areas include: Neck and shoulder pain, chronic pain conditions, and leg pain.
