Kristopher is both an Osteopath and Strength & Conditioning coach. He believes that combining treatment and exercise is the best way to achieve long term positive health outcomes. As a passionate golfer himself, Kris believes staying on the course supports overall health, and he is dedicated to helping you maintain your health alongside lowering your scores.
